Sarah Gregory

Sarah Gregory, originally from Appleton, WI, and most recently from Saint Louis, MO, began her dance journey at The Dance Factory in Kimberly, WI. She later pursued intensive training at Saint Louis Ballet School in Chesterfield, MO, where she had the privilege of performing alongside the professional company of Saint Louis Ballet in acclaimed productions such as The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and Don Quixote. Sarah further refined her skills at prestigious summer programs with Cincinnati Ballet, Nashville Ballet, Saint Louis Ballet, and Webster University Dance Department.

Upon graduating from high school, Sarah continued her dance education at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA, earning a BFA in Dance with a minor in Arts Administration. At Mercyhurst, she showcased her talent in productions with the Mercyhurst Dancers and SoMar Dance Works, including performances in Giselle, Symphonie Italienne, and The Nutcracker. In 2019, she completed an internship with Orlando Ballet, further enriching her dance experience.

Sarah joined Montgomery Ballet in 2020 and is now entering her 5th season with the company. In addition to her performances in acclaimed ballets such as Carnival of the Animals, Pas de Quatre, Le Conservatoire, and The Awakening of Flora, Sarah has taken on a pivotal role as the School Administrator Assistant. Drawing upon her background in Arts Administration, she has implemented organizational improvements and streamlined communication within the school, enhancing its overall efficiency and effectiveness. Through her dedication and leadership, Sarah continues to make invaluable contributions to Montgomery Ballet’s artistic and educational endeavors.
